To mark the launch of The Space - an ambitious digital arts platform created by Arts Council England and the BBC - we delivered a groundbreaking 36-hour hackathon within the iconic Turbine Hall at Tate Modern.
Bringing together 140 creative technologists, the event challenged participants to use data to produce innovative and socially resonant digital artworks. This overnight creative sprint culminated in a live exhibition on a striking 10-metre screen, curated by our team to reflect the breadth and impact of the work produced. The event drew high-profile support from international artists including Ai Weiwei and Olafur Eliasson, helping position The Space on a global stage and generating significant media and public interest.
From concept to delivery, we ensured seamless planning, technical excellence, and creative integrity. Under intense scrutiny from press, stakeholders, and audiences, the event ran flawlessly - setting a new benchmark for how digital and physical art experiences can converge.
